This 3 piece set of knives were forged from 1080 steel and still have some of the forge scale remaining on the blade to tell the story of how they were made. The handles are stabilized walnut and the bolsters are white G10 with a few Micarta spacers mixed in. The handles are pinned on with a Micarta pin as well. The cleaver has an overall length of 12.75 inches and the blade length is 7 inches. The chef has an overall length of 12.25 inches and the blade length is just under 7 inches. The slicer has an overall length of 9.5 inches and the blade length is 4 inches. The knives will come each in a zipper padded case.
